As a former senior television reporter and radio news anchor, I know firsthand the intense pressure that comes with high-stakes environments. I searched tirelessly for solutions but couldn’t find anything that truly resonated.
It wasn’t until I discovered the profound impact of working with the subconscious mind through hypnotherapy that everything began to change. The shifts were not just quick but life-altering.

Sometimes in life you have to put yourself first.
I was having some mental dilemmas in relation to work and training, making excuses and often finding other things to do, to avoid turning up.
When things started affecting me physically, I knew I had to sort it out and get back to the old me. Sally was extremely professional, understanding and knowledgeable, not to mention, a great calming voice.
I enrolled into the 6-week hypnosis plan, meeting every week, and setting out 90 minutes of my time, to voice any fear or anxiety that was troubling me. Even after the first couple of sessions, I noticed a huge difference in my outlook on everything. Throughout the program, Sally teaches you strategies on calming the mind and positive thinking, which ultimately has given me the confidence to look forward to things I used to love to do.
I could not recommend Sally any more, she is amazing.....what are you waiting for? It is your time to be a better version of yourself.

I play various forms of cue sports. After an injury from work, I had to stop and it took me 3 years for me to be able to play again. Then I started to experience some anxiety due to being away from the game for a while. I thought it was something that was going to go away on its own but I was wrong. The more people watching, the worse it was. So I decided to reach out to Sally in the hopes of getting rid of performance anxieties. I was nervous at the beginning of our first Zoom meeting but quickly felt at ease when she showed me the "7/11" breathing technique. She was quick to pick up important info, that I was sort of holding back, that were contributing factors to my anxieties in our conversations. She's very intuitive and understanding. She is passionate about helping out people with their anxieties. Whatever it is that is holding you back from your optimal performance, she will definitely help you out to become a better athlete and a better person.

My experience with Sally was fantastic. I approached Sally with issues relating to anxiety and panic attacks. Within 6 weeks the anxiety had reduced significantly, and the panic attacks completely disappeared following a session, I was very relieved and impressed. CAN ANYONE BE HYPNOTISED?
Hypnosis or trance is a state of focus and concentration.
When in a trance state, brain waves are in an identical state to when you're falling asleep or waking up - when the mind is extremely focused.
Everyone sleeps; therefore, everyone can decide to easily enter a trance state.
If a person feels safe and comfortable in the environment, hypnosis comes easily.
IS IT DIFFICULT TO BE HYPNOTISED?
A person doesn't have to 'try' to be hypnotised.
If you can follow directions and allow yourself to naturally move into a trance state then hypnosis will happen.
You'd be surprised to know that there are many forms of trance that each of us moves into and out of without being aware of it everyday.
AM I IN CONTROL WHILE IN HYPNOSIS?
Hypnosis is powerful, effective, and 100% natural.
News stories, stage hypnosis shows, and television have led some people to believe that when someone is hypnotised they are completely under the hypnotherapist's control.
Nothing can be further from the truth.
In fact, when in a trance, you feel relaxed and focused; however, you are consciously aware.
At any time you can get up and walk away if you choose.
You may even question, "Was I hypnotised?"
IS BEING HYPNOTISED THE SAME AS BEING ASLEEP?
It is important to recognise that hypnosis isn't the same as being in a deep sleep. You are aware of everything around you, similar to meditation but on a much deeper level.
In hypnosis, there is a strong internal focus, plus a wonderful and deep relaxation taking place.
When in a trance state, the subconscious mind has the opportunity to resolve problems on a deep level.
